I believe that the work of FL Faith Alliance fighting child trafficking is one of the most important fights of our generation. This is everybody’s war!
It has become clear that some of the most senior leaders of all the world governments and probably local governments have people who are involved in child trafficking knowingly. it is our job as parents guardians grandparents and uncles and aunts to look out for our kids, families, and communities. We must protect them from being be abused or taken advantage of. This is also one of the works of the church of Jesus Christ, and we must eat get trained, become aware and get involved at different levels where we live.
But we can no longer afford to do nothing! This is literally a fight for the next generation in this time of great evil. What will each of us do? Will we get involved, will we get trained in identifying child trafficking and reporting it, will we agree with FL Faith Alliance and say NOT ON OUR WATCH!
We have been born for such a time as this!
Tony & Nancy Saveedra Presenters
I was born in the island of Havana, Cuba. Lived through the Bay of Pigs and the Communism takeover of Fidel Castro. Came to the US on March 24 of 1962 to a refugee camp in Homestead, Florida- until my parents were able to get out of Cuba. Moved to Chicago in 4th grade and became an altar boy at the Catholic church. Later on in life I went down the path of darkness and got in trouble with the law to the tune of serving 168 years in jail. In that jail I knelt down and I said, “Lord if you are real, please save me.” Once the Lord did save me, I became totally sold out for Him. I was in charge of the Men’s Group, Prison Ministry, Bible Study group leader and many more, as they were all Holy Spirit inspired. Was the Spiritual Advisor for Woman’s Aglow for 21years in the Skokie Chapter. In 2002 my wife Nancy and I opened a church, His Cloud of Glory Temple and it is still thriving under other leadership. Earned an associate’s degree in theology from the Sure Foundation School, and was later ordained in 2008 as an evangelist of World Overcomers Church, under apostle Jim de Palma. Later in 2013, at Lighthouse Community Church, I was ordained as a Pastor, continuing the journey. From 2016 to 2021, I preached at New Life Elgin Community Church when called upon, plus did 3 1/2 years of Christian counseling. The Holy Spirit led me to Believers Prayer Fellowship Church to preach until I was led to come down here to Vero Beach Florida in February of 2022. Spent a little time at New Hope Ministries. Also, for a year and a half now we have been preaching at Indian River County Jail. And for the last few months we have transitioned by the leading of the Holy Spirit to Visionary International Center and we just love the freedom of the spirit there plus the leadership.
My life journey is a true testament to the life changing power of Almighty God. As you repent and turn your life over to God, you too can walk in His plan.
He is a presenter for Florida Faith Alliance and is excited to help stop child trafficking.
