“You are a God of justice and deeply grieved over human beings enslaving and abusing others. We appeal to Your gracious and compassionate heart today to end human trafficking.
We pray for effective outreach to victims. May they find salvation and healing in Christ.
Bring the perpetrators to justice, and convict them of the error of their ways so that they, too, will turn to You in repentance.
Empower Your people to be agents of Your love and champions of change.
Empower our nation’s authorities to find effective ways to shut down the networks and practices that facilitate human trafficking.
Open the eyes of our nation to the blight of slavery that continues to exist and flourish despite it being illegal.
Finally, we pray that You command the hosts of heaven against the spiritual forces of darkness that are using human trafficking to steal, kill, and destroy lives.”
In Jesus’ Name we pray in agreement with Intercessors for America who posted this prayer. Amen.
“When the righteous cry for help, the LORD hears and delivers them out of all their troubles. The LORD is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.”
